Baseball Project: Broadside Ballad #5
This months song focuses on Washington Nationals pitcher Stephen Strasburg. The song is written by Steve Wynn, he recorded his parts at home to give it what Scott called an authentic "recorded-in-a-New-York-City-flat-complete-with-tape-hiss vibe." While Scott parts where recorded in between work on R.E.M.'s next record, and included recording from a Berlin hotel room toilet.

Scott and Peter Join Pearl Jam in Berlin
While recording in Berlin with R.E.M., Scott and Peter took the night of to go watch Pearl Jam play Berlin's Wuhlheide. During the last song of the first encore, they came out to play along with "Kick out the Jams".

Baseball Project heading out this summer.
Two more shows have been confirmed for this summer, and just like last year Peter will be benched and Mike Mills will be pinch-hitting for these shows.

YFF @Turbo Rock in Spain
Once again it seems The Young Fresh Fellows are heading out to Spain.

Tired Pony first single out July 5.
The week before Tired Pony will release it's first full length album "The Place We Ran From" they will bring out there first single "Dead American Writers". The single will be available on 10" vinyl and will have "I Finally Love This Town " as a B-side. Which is a song exclusive to this release.
